Obituary of Arthur Richard Nead
Nead: Arthur, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Monday, November 18, 2019 at the age of 99. Born in Coatsworth, son of the late Otis & Zelma Nead. Beloved husband of the late Lillian Nead. Loving father to Rick Nead (Jane), Terry Nead (Donna), Randy Nead, Mike Nead, Kristine Jackson (Myles Ellis). Grandfather to Jeff Nead (Rachael), Rob Nead, Nichole Vanrabaeys (Chad), Kyle Nead, Jessica Kemp (Steven), Bobbi-Jo Nead, Kym Nead, Brandyn Jackson, and the late Jay Nead. Great-grandfather to Alec and Kennley Nead, Kiera Nead, Avery, Cameron, Luke, and Reece Vanrabaeys, Connor Nead, Amelia and Sutton Kemp, Addison Jackson. Survived by his two sisters, Ruby Scratch, and Edith Colter. Predeceased by siblings Floyd Nead, Howard Nead, Neil Nead, Bert Nead, Shirley Haskell, Pearl Smith, and Mabel Hill. At Art’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
