VINK, Jack, (July 16, 1932 – November 12, 2019) – With deep sorrow, Jack my friend, partner and love has passed away. Dearly loved father to our three great sons and their families. Henry and Carole, their two daughters Natalie and Rachelle and her husband Jordan Strybosch; Ben and Janet, their three children Jessica and husband James Capling, Janelle and husband Brent VanEsch, Brian and his friend Rebecca Robb; Ron and Tara and their two children Jaxx and Drake. Opa to three great grandsons Carson and Kayden VanEsch and Emerson Capling. Predeceased by his parents and son Jimmie.
Jack worked very hard and was not afraid to tackle anything. With his family, he accomplished many things. He farmed, built houses and three golf courses. He never had time for hobbies, but when he retired, golf became his pastime and through this he made some very good friends. His last years were not easy, but he never complained and we still had many good times together.
With the love and care of our family and the help from RN Scott Gould and some great support workers, I was able to keep Jack comfortable at home. “Thank you so very much to all of you. Lisa”
As per Jack’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral visitation or service. A celebration of life will take place at later date. Arrangements have been left in the compassionate care of SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock (519-537-3611)
