Patricia Patti Ann Frasz

Patti passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 26, 2019 surrounded by those who loved her. Patti was born on January 14, 1959 to Alfred and Marion Frasz. She grew up in Raddsion and Regina, Saskatchewan. Patti spent her childhood with her two sisters Susan and Cathy and her brother Joe. She spent her time delivering flyers as a family, attending cow sales with her dad and in the kitchen with her mom. In grade six she wrote a speech on Walt Disney, winning the Oratory Contest and sparking her life-long love of everything Disney. Everyone knew the Mickey Mouse Room filled with the mickey phone, giant watch and a ton of other memorabilia. Patti was a majorette in baton twirling, a table tennis player and excelled as an avid softball 1st baseman. She won a provincial title as a softball player which included a walk off homerun to end the game! When Patti was 15, she represented all of Regina at the Saskatchewan Winter Games in North Battleford for table tennis. She graduated high school at O’Neill in 1977 and went on to work for SaskTel. Patti’s career started as an operator. She was promoted and moved to residential sales. Then moved to Mobility and worked in a few different areas: collections, national/regional sales, her final job at SaskTel before retirement was in CSG (Carrier Services Group). She was involved on many different teams while at SaskTel. Patti was an awesome baseball player and bowled in the SaskTel league and was on the dragon boat team. She was known at the annual Elbow Golf Tournament not for her golf skills but if you were on her team you knew you would have the best lunch and snacks. She also was one of the few to ever roll a golf cart resulting in a very sore ankle. Patti supplied the office with the best baking, and tons of laughter. She had a very creative mind when it came to having fun at work, but she really did get her work done. The ultimate multitasker! Patti also may have been known to create fun days when managers were away at their annual all-day conferences. She is credited with creating hallway bowling and pin a tail on your favorite manager. Patti retired in 2009 after exactly 32 years to the day of work on September 25. For the children in her life she planned Easter Egg Hunts, played boggle regularly, gave baking lessons, decorated all out for Christmas and hosted full theme dress up Oscar parties. Food was something Patti incorporated into every social event she had. She gifted baking and appetizers during the holidays. Patti loved to travel, she went on many hot holidays, US sightseeing travels and trips to Disney. Patti would talk to anyone anywhere if she knew you, she would holler hello from across the room. She spoke to strangers in elevators, in line, and the public restrooms. Patti was one of the least politically correct people you probably knew and didn’t understand what TMI was, however she was extremely friendly and made people smile wherever she went. Patti will be missed. A private interment was held on October 4, 2019. Patti would like to put the fun in funeral and invite all those who knew her to one last party on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Serbian Club, 2775 Avonhurst Dr., Regina, SK. Those wishing to, can make a donation in her memory to the Regina Humane Society.

Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Patricia Patti Ann Frasz..
