It is with broken hearts that the
family of the late ELI H. HILLIER of
Grand Bank announces his passing. Mr. Hillier passed away at
his home in Grand Bank on Sunday, October 20th,
2019 at the age of 67. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of
wonderful memories are his wife, Henrietta of 47 years; daughters,
Dayle Scarlett (Dubayne) of Brampton, ON, and Michelle Warman
(Michael) of Kitchener, ON; 6 grandchildren, Isabelle, Dustin,
Ashleigh, Ava, Tajari and Ajani; sisters, Eileen Harding (Terry), Vera
Payne (Llewellyn), and Lisa Hillier (Terrence Newport); brothers,
Maxwell Hillier (Mary), Harold Hillier (Lillian), Ross Hillier
(Christine) and Clyde Hillier (Beverley); sisters-in-law, Ruth Pope
(Carl), Marjorie Welsh (Clayton) and Eileen Bondy (Roland);
brother-in-law, Bert Thornhill (Mary); plus a large circle of extended
family and friends. Eli was predeceased by his parents,
Garfield & Emma Hillier; brother, Gary Hillier; and
parents-in-law, Geo & Mary Thornhill.
The Hillier Family will be
accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank on
Tuesday, October 22nd from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm; and Wednesday, October
23rd from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to
9:00 pm. Funeral Service will take place Grand Bank United
Church on Thursday, October 24th, 2019 at 2:00
pm.
Cremation to follow.
