Obituary of Peter Petrenko
PETRENKO, Peter- It is with hearts full of love that Peter’s family announces his passing on Thursday October 10, 2019, at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, Dunnville, at the age of 96.
Back in the loving arms of his wife and best friend Valentyna. Cherished father of Victor ( Mary) Petrenko, Natalia (late Scott Shields) and George (Monica) Petrenko. Beloved grandpa to Sophia, Christian, Sarah and cherished great grandpa of Jack. Peter will be forever in the hearts of all who knew him. A special thank you to the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital Staff for their care and support for dad during his time with you.
A funeral service will be held for Peter on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the Chapel of All-Saints Ukraine at 1 pm with interment service to follow at Saint Volodymyr Cemetery. In memory of Peter, donations to Ukrainian Canadian Congress would be appreciated by his family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Ballard Minor Funeral Home, Dunnville (905-774-7277).
