William Mont Connors, husband of Theresa (Kingston) Connors of Kanes Lane, Boom Road NB, passed away Tuesday evening September 3, 2019 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 82.
Born in Boom Road NB, he was the son of the late Richard and Annie (Cain) Connors. He was a retired batcher and truck driver for Wilson Concrete and also a member of St. Stephen’s United Church, Red Bank.
Besides his wife Theresa, he is survived by one daughter Rose Marie Quines (Leslie) of Philippines, three sons; Stephen (Elizabeth) of Miramichi, Mike (Shawn) of Boom Road and David (Sandra) of Miramichi, six sisters; Marion MacDonald (Late Eldon) of Montreal, Ruth Longtain (Late Andre`) of Montreal, Inez Metivier (Late Paul) of London ON, Anna MacDonald (Henry) of Miramichi, Florence Donovan (late Merlin) of Miramichi and Marjorie LeFebvre (Albert) of Sunny Corner, one brother Kenneth (Claudia) of Boom Road, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one daughter Phyllis Anne Shaver, one son Beverly Connors, three brothers Arthur, Robert and Harold, two sisters Dorothy Harris and Edith Stewart.
William Mont Connors is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, with visitation on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 9, at 11 a.m. at St. Stephen’s United Church, Red Bank, with Reverend Geza Szemok officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot of the church cemetery.
