Obituary for Tim Chevalier
CHEVALIER, Timothy James
Tim passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his devoted family on September 28, 2019 at 59 years of age. Beloved husband, best friend and soulmate of Mary (Fauteux) for 37 years. Cherished father of Joshua, Jake and Lucy, Meghan and Mike Sauve. Adored Pip of Christopher, Olivia, Marek, Lenka and Baby Sauve on the way. Son of Sid (2012) and Betty (2015). Tim is survived by siblings Rick (Kathy), Tom (Shelley), Sue (Russ) Egerton, Ron (Michele), Dan (Aime), Ken, Bryan (Karen), Jeff (Nicole). Dear son-in-law of Alec and Jean Fauteux. Brother-in-law of Ken (Lana), Sandra (Bob) Cecile, Al (Lisa), Linda (Mark) Scholl, Kevin (Charlotte). Tim will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Tim was employed as a carpenter by Windsor Salt for 20 years and worked with an amazing group of men where he will be sadly missed. Tim was an active member of the St. John the Evangelist Parish in Woodslee. He was a member of the Woodslee Knights of Columbus, Council 4555 in which he recently completed his term as Grand Knight. Special thanks to Dr. Scholl, Dr. Misra, Dr. Aoun, Dr. Rukavina and team and nurse Lori Bachynski. Visitation will take place at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378) 128 Talbot St. North, Es on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 1-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Knights of Columbus prayers Tuesday at 8 p.m. to conclude the evening. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church in Woodslee on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
