Peacefully at Sault Area Hospital surrounded by the love of his family. Terry is survived by his wife and best friend of 53 years, Marilyn. Beloved by his children Teresa and Xhemi Braholli, Lillie Mills and Patti Lutz, Ron and Nadia Mills, Matt and Crystal Mills. Grandpa to Maya, Kaden, Corey, Jasmine, Jett, Strider. Beloved brother of Linda and Wayne Reid, Lois and Dennis Senecal, Leila and the late Chris Flood. Brother in law of Colin and Donja, Ron and Lynda, Dick and Jane, Pam and the late Ed Trivers, Dawna and Bernie Levasseur, the late Holly and the late Tim Jones. Uncle Ter or T.W. was the beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Terry was a quiet hard-working farmer. With his own innovative genius and whatever he had on hand, there wasn’t a piece of equipment, machine, or tool he couldn’t repair. He loved his family and his farm. He knew every inch of them like the back of his work weathered hands. He will be sorely missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. “You raised a fine family, worked the land, under the hot summer sun. Hang up your shovel inside the barn; your work on earth is done.”
The family would like to extend their gratitude to all who supported during Terry’s illness. Thank you to Dr. Haapala, and his office staff as well as Thessalon Hospital. Special thanks for the wonderful care on Unit 3C at SAH, especially Nurses Matt and Jesse who went above and beyond. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to North Shore Health Network Thessalon Site.
Family and friends are invited to a Come and Go Celebration of Terry’s Life on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 4pm to 7pm at Beggs Funeral Home in Thessalon.
