MacGregor, Ruth (nee Simmons)
Peacefully, passed away at Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday September 4, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her family.
Beloved wife to David; loved mom to Wendy Thomson (the late Terry) and David (Melanie); cherished Nana to Matthew and Lacey; dear sister to Vibert Simmons (Ann), Muriel Godin (the late Gerald), Henrietta Fournier (the late Yvan), the late Regina Balfour (Allan) and sister in law to the late Sheila (Jerry Dinsmore), Sterling (Sue), Patsy Skater (Gerry), Phyllis Flewelling, June, and Philip. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
Predeceased by her parents Vibert and Regina Simmons and in-laws John and Vivian MacGregor).
Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Tuesday September 10, 2019 from 10-11 AM. A Service to Celebrate Ruth’s life will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 led by Fr. Jason Postma with a Special reading by sister in law Ann Simmons
