PERKINS, Reginald John “Jack”
Peacefully, yet suddenly at the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in his 84th year, Jack Perkins, beloved husband of Anne Perkins. Loving father of Debra (Dave) Prine, Richard (Theresa) Perkins, Cathy (Tom) Harrison, Patty (Dan) Lewis-Long. Much loved grandfather of David (Christine), Tyler (Nikkole), Matt, Jennifer (Jesse), Chris, Josh (Sam), Lindsay (Scott), Michael, Chad and great-grandfather of Ryan, Jackson, Bodhi, Mason and Matthew. Jack Perkins was a retired employee of Roundtree/Nestle; was a volunteer at Norfolk General and a former member of the Masonic Lodge. Family and friends will be received at the McCLEISTER FUNERAL HOME, 495 Park Road North, Brantford on Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Memorial service in the chapel on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
