Obituary of Phyllis Chapman
Phyllis Opal Pearl Chapman passed away at Vermilion Health Center, Vermilion, Alberta, on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the age of 89 years.
Phyllis is survived by: her four children, Harold (Lorraine) Chapman, Cecilia Petersen, Joe (Else) Chapman, and Danette (Lloyd) Ellert; her seven grandchildren; her eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.
As per the family’s wishes, a service will not be held.
Donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the donor’s charity of choice.
