Obituary of Marnie Elizabeth Lee
(nee Grant)
At midnight on Saturday, September 21, 2019, Marnie passed from this life into the arms of her Saviour at the age of 64. She went peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
Loving wife of James for almost 46 years. Cherished mother of Daniel (Kirsty), Jennifer (fiancé Sal), and Heather (Chris). Proud grandmother of Shana, Dylan, Ethan, and Brady. Dear sister of Caroline, Marilyn, Jackie, Debbie, Ron, and Rob.
Predeceased by her parents, Len and Betty Grant, formerly of Dundas.
Marnie will be remembered for her infectious smile, her laugh and her love of Jesus.
A special thank you to the staff of Freeport Hospital for their loving care of Marnie for the past 12 years.
Marnie’s family will receive friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S. Waterloo on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. A celebration of Marnie’s life will be held at Koinonia Christian Fellowship, 850 Sawmill Road, Bloomingdale on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 1 p.m. A reception at the church will follow. A private family interment will be held in Hamilton.
