Giuseppe « Joe » Mauro
On September 15, 2019, Giuseppe “Joe” Mauro of Edmonton passed away at the age of 86 years.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Maria; daughters, Mena Mauro-Paniccia (Lorenzo) and Elvira De Benedetto (Mario); adoring grandchildren, Brandon, Kaylee, Taylor and Gillian; siblings, Francesca (Pietro), Nella and Pierino (Nella); and many nieces and nephews. Joe is predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Filomena; mother-in-law, Elvira Caria; siblings, Michele, Antonio, Rosaria, Esterina, Maria and Gemma.
Prayer Service Thursday, September 19 at 8:00 p.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 – 110 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Mass Friday, September 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
