Passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Saturday September 28th at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Rose for 48 years. Loving father of Roselle Aquino (Dylan Gadwa) and Bernard (Margaret) Aquino. Proud grandfather of Reese Gadwa and Amelia Aquino. Will be fondly remembered by his siblings Christina Aquino, Manuel (Lourdes) Aquino Jr, Maria Lourdes (Eddie) Segismundo, Romulo (Marisa) Aquino, as well as many extended family members and friends
Dad was a family man in the truest sense. Always loving, giving, nurturing and forgiving. Gifted with unwavering faith in God his life was a shining example of a life well lived. We will always love you Dad.
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 5 -8 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2265 Headon Rd., Burlington, on Friday, October 4 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception at the church hall. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, 8361 Yonge St., Thornhill. As an expression of sympathy, donations made in memory of Ben Aquino to The Kidney Foundation of Canada at kidney.ca would be greatly appreciated by the family.
