Anthony Marshall

Anthony James “Joe” Marshall, 78, of Milton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 15th, 2019 at Milton District Hospital with family by his side. Joe was born on February 1, 1941 to Floyd and Eva (Miller) Marshall and spent many years watching Milton grow into the thriving community it is today. Joe was a founding member of the Halton Sportsmen Association, and a retiree of Canadian General Towers. Memories of his jokes, strong beliefs and sportsmanship will be carried on in stories shared by many for years to come.
He is loved and missed by his children Paula (Jim), Tammy (David), Jim (Joanne), Jody (Shawn), grandchildren Joseph, Jacob, Julia, Debra, Johnny, Jennifer, Paula, David, Gabrielle, James, Natasha, Narissa and great grandchildren Tyson, Willow, Amelia and George. Joe is survived by his siblings Ron (Pat), June Eakins and is predeceased by his siblings Don, Gord, Bob, Lorraine and Betty.
Family and friends will be received to share memories and celebrate his life at the Milton Legion 21 Charles Street, Milton on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 1 pm. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Milton District Hospital Foundation or the Liver foundation would be appreciated.
