Henri Ouellette
1931-2019
It is with great sadness that the family of Henri Ouellette
announce his passing at the Grand Falls General Hospital on Monday
September 2, 2019 at the age of 88 years. He was the widower
of Isabelle Gagné Ouellette who passed away in October
2018. Born at Drummond in 1931, he was the eldest and last
surviving child of the late Leodore and Claire Angele (Levesque)
Ouellette.
Mr. Ouellette was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 3rd
degree of Council 2331 and 4th degree of the 0621 Assembly.
He was also a member of the Carpenters Union for over 50
years.
He will be deeply missed by his children: Maurice (Bernice)
Ouellette of Grand Valley, Ontario, Rejean Ouellette of Saint-Leonard,
NB, Yves Ouellette of Bowmanville, Ontario, Charlene Poirier (Marty)
of Wingham, Ontario, Rejeanne Lemire of Oshawa, Ontario, Murielle King
(Edward) of Paisley, Ontario and Sylvie Roy of Saint-Quentin, NB, 18
grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife of 66 years, Isabelle, two
grandsons, Jean-Paul Ouellette and Dwain Poirier, his sister,
Jeannette Desjardins, brothers, Rosaire, Antoine, Joseph, Alphonse and
Jean-Guy Ouellette.
Resting at O’Regan’s Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd.,
Grand Falls with visiting hours on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
His funeral service will be held Friday, September 6th at 11
a.m. from the Saint-Georges Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with
interment in the parish cemetery.

would be appreciated by the family.
