It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow we announce the passing of our darling daughter Billie Jean Blanchard on September 25, 2019 in Halifax surrounded by her loving family.
At one time she worked at Victoria Haven Guest Home, Glace Bay where she had made many friends. She loved to walk the beach and collect sea glass which she would use to make crafts.
