Offen, Mary Ellen … was ushered peacefully into God’s hands with the love and support of her family and friends. She passed away at Trenton Memorial Hospital on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the age of 83 years. Beloved mother to Debbie and Kathy (Bob). Dear grandmother to Kiel. Family invite friends to gather for a tea reception, which will be held at the Weaver Life Centre, 29 Bay Street, Trenton on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 2-4 pm. Funeral Mass in Mary Ellen’s memory to take place at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 140 Dundas Street, Trenton on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 11 am. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Grafton. Special thanks to the kind and competent Doctors and Nurses of the ER department at the Trenton Memorial Hospital for their outstanding care during Mary Ellen’s final hours.
