Lawrence James “Larry” Smith of Medicine Hat passed away on Thursday, August 15th, 2019 at the age of 74 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving partner, Pat Simpson; son, Terry Smith; daughter, Andrea Sanders; five grandchildren; brothers, Everett and Roger; sister, Wendy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Larry was predeceased by both his parents, Bernard and Orma Smith and his sister, Cathy. Larry spent his early years in Redcliff but then moved to Medicine Hat. He loved to play golf and enjoyed watching the Medicine Hat Tigers. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A Graveside Service will be held at Hillside Cemetery on Thursday, August 22nd, 2019 at 11:00 am with Gary W. Goran officiating.
