Jacquelyn Pawlyshyn passed away Thursday, August 15, 2019, at the age of 64 years.
Jacquelyn was born September 5, 1954 in Kamsack, SK. She lived in Medicine Hat since 1995 and worked in health care.
She is survived by her sister Brenda (Ed); nieces Alison (Mark) and Erin (Patrice); and her nieces’ children: Owen, Ayla, Dominic, and Sebastian.
Jacquelyn was predeceased by her brother Ricky and her parents Audrey and John Pawlyshyn.
A private family gathering will be held.
Family and friends knew how important animals were to her. Memorial donations may be made to the Alberta SPCA (17904 118 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T5S 2W3).
