Ed Dolmage, Of Mitchell passed away peacefully at the Ritz Villa, Mitchell on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of Jean Dolmage (nee Gibbings). Loving father of Rick (Karen) Dolmage of Mitchell, Linda Markham of Lakefield, Bruce (Tammy) Dolmage of Mitchell and Anne (Francis) Kelly of R.R.#1, Sebringville. Lovingly remembered by granddaughter Mallory Fraser (Charles), grandsons Phillip Dolmage (Andrea),Kevin Dolmage, Tyler Markham, Brent Dolmage (Claire), Sam Dolmage (Sydney), Dean Kelly (Beth), Cole Kelly, Jackson Kelly and 3 great-grandsons. Dear brother of Jim (Marilyn) Dolmage of Toronto, Helen Agar of Winnipeg, brother-in-law of Barbara Dolmage of Waterloo, Mary Gibbings of Clinton, Betty Ann Miller of London, Adeline Spielvogel of Ottawa, Doug (Marjorie) Gibbings of London. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Charles and Marguerite Dolmage, father-in-law and mother-in-law Warren and Marie Gibbings, brother Gerry Dolmage, sisters Marg Turnbull and Jean Spielvogel, son-in-law Bud Markham, brothers-in-law Doug Turnbull, Ken Gibbings, John Agar, Jim Spielvogel, and nephew Matthew Dolmage
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday September 5, 2019 from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment in Woodland Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 128, Mitchell, Main Street United Church Building Fund, Ritz Villa Redevelopment Fund or charity of one’s choice may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
