CAPRETTA, Angelina (Toriello)
May 9, 1936 – August 9, 2019.
Peacefully at Juravinski Hospital surrounded by her loving family in her 83rd
year. Loving wife of the late Antonio Capretta. Dear mother and mother-inlaw
of Fred (Theresa) and Nick (Michelle). Cherished Nonna to Christina,
Luca, Mikela and Amalia. Predeceased by her parents Nicola and Amalia
Toriello. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Maria and the late Benito
D’Ambrosio, Ester and the late Biagio Memmolo, Nick and Cathy Toriello,
the late Enrichetta and the late Alberto Grande, the late Silvia and the late
Alberto Frabotta, the late Palmerino and Josephine Capretta, Iolanda and
the late Carmine Capretta, and the late Maria and the late Luigi Presutti.
Angelina will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Angelina loved gardening, cooking and spending time with family. Special
thanks to Dr. Woods and the staff at Juravinski Hospital. Also a special
thanks to Dr. Castelluzzo for his care and his compassion. Resting at
FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James Street
North). Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Vigil prayers
will be on Monday at 3:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be offered at Regina
Mundi Parish on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will
follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In memory of Angelina, donations can
be made to the Cancer Assistance Program or a charity of your choice.
