Cook, Jack “Jacobus Kock”
It is with heavy hearts the family of Jack Cook announces his passing on July 27th, 2019 at L.H.S.C.-University Campus in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Teresa Cook for 48 years. Loving father to Jennifer (Paul) Partington. Proud grandfather to Mitchell and Sam. Cherished brother of Henry (Suzie) Kock, Cory (Mal) McLellan, Adriana Kock and John (Debbie) Kock. He will be missed by nieces and nephews; Lindsay Small, Kris Kock, Melanie Morgan, Sarah Schultz, Heather John, Laura Maxwell, Chris Ryan, Brandon Ryan, Shanelle Ryan and Emily Gray. Sincerely missed by Beatrice (the late James) Ryan, Mary John, Jim (Hannah) Ryan, Lori (Martin) Gray and Lynn Ryan.
Predeceased by his parents Adrian and Johanna Kock.
Jack was an avid learner. He had a love for cars, computers and science. He was an admired and well-loved teacher at Westminster Secondary and Forest City Secondary for 30 years. Jack was an amazing person, a perfect husband, incredibly loving father, grandfather and caregiver.
In keeping with Jack’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private service will be held at a later date.
