Sonnenburg, Richard:
Passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Therese. Loving father of Christine Baer (Dennis) and Tom Sonnenburg (Lana). Proud Grandpa of Taya, Devin (Michelle), Nicole (Josh) and Brook and great-grandfather of Mia. Dear brother of Ernie (Pat) and Lilli (Nino).
Richard’s family will receive relatives and friends from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service in the chapel on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
