Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in her 82nd year, Dolores Belan, beloved wife of the late George Belan and the late John Cox. Loving mother of Tracy Bucholtz, Paul (Mary) Cox, Karol (John) Legacy. Dear sister of Sandra Harris. Much loved grandmother of Christina, Amanda, Jeffery, Rebecca, Joseph, Danielle, Doug, Nick and great grandmother of Ewan,Benjamin, Delilah, Claire and Amelia. Dear aunt of Peter and Michelle. Lifelong friend of Vera MacMillan, Susana Klinchuk and Nellie Guit-Brouwer. Dolores was a former employee of Sears Canada and Browns. Family and friends will be received at the McCLEISTER FUNERAL HOME, 495 Park Road North, Brantford on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Monday at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. If wished, memorial donations to the CNIB, Ivey Eye Institute c/o St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, London or Harmony United Church gratefully appreciated.
