Dennis’ Obituary
SURETTE (MUISE), Dennis Ronald – age 49, it is with heavy hearts that we are writing this, as most of you already know that our brother Dennis passed away on May 24, 2019 in Lethbridge, Alberta. Born June 11, 1969 in Yarmouth, he was hard worker and loved his job at Costco. He got to meet people from all walks of life. He leaves behind his partner and friend, Leah Martinez, who will forever love him with all her heart and miss him deeply. Dennis was the loving father to his daughter, Alyssa (Cody) LeFrancois. He is also survived by his grandchildren Zander, Zackary and Zoe all of St. Martin, NB, his sisters Leslie Surette, Denise Muise, Roseanne Muise, a brother George “Eddie” (Ann) Muise, countless cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, two great nephews and a great niece all of whom reside in Yarmouth. Dennis enjoyed going for walks and ride the city bus to see the sights and the people of Lethbridge. Leah and Dennis would love to go on adventures to explore what Alberta had to offer. He loved Leah’s Filipino cooking and she enjoyed cooking for him; it made Leah happy to make him happy. He certainly loved his large black tea with two sugar from Tim Horton’s. Dennis was predeceased by his parents Margaret and Ronald Surette, his maternal grandmother and grandfather and several aunts and uncles. He will be forever missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m., Saturday, August 24, 2019. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Cavalry Cemetery, Yarmouth.
