Filippo Cucinotta
It is with great sadness that the family of Filippo Cucinotta announce his passing very peacefully on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in Edmonton. Mourning his loss are his loving children, Pietro, Carmela (Consolato) Malara and Caterina. Filippo is also survived by his beloved grandchildren, Rosy (Domenico) Morello, Diego (Adele) Malara, Antonella (Nino) Romano, Salvatore and Tonia Oppedisano (Nicho); six great-grandchildren, Letizia, Gianfranco, Katiuscia, Consolato, Giorgia and Ilaria; sister, Francesca Greco; brother, Frank (Marilyn) Cucinotta; sister, Domenica Barreca; and sister-in-law, Mimma Cucinotta; siblings-in-law in Italy, Maria, Teresa, Angela, Pina, Vincenzo, Santo, Nino, Alfredo, Giuliana and all their families. Predeceased by his wife, Antonia (Chila); son-in-law, Domenico Oppedisano; brother, Demetrio; and parents, Pietro and Caterina; and brothers-in-law, Pasquale Greco and Diego Barreca.

Prayer Service Tuesday, August 20 at 8:00 p.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 – 110 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Mass Wednesday, August 21 at 9:30 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church with entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum.
