Kewaquom, Penny, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Owen Sound Hospital on Tuesday August 13, 2019. Penny Lynne Kewaquom (nee Middleton) of Saugeen First Nation in her 68th year. Beloved wife of Murray Kewaquom for almost 21 years. Loving mother of Shelley (Dale), Rob, Jen (Yves), Kristy (Dennis), James, and Jackie. Great Ma will be remembered by her many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Survived by her father, sisters, nieces, and nephews. Predeceased by her mother Valrie, by her brother Butch, and by her granddaughter McKayla. Visitation at the James Mason Memorial Centre, Saugeen First Nation on Sunday August 18, 2019 from 5-8 pm. A Funeral Service for Penny will be held at James Mason on Monday at 2pm. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
