Obituary for Tim Comartin
Timothy-James Arthur Comartin, a resident of Wallaceburg, following a courageous and hard fought battle with leukemia, at the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Hamilton on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at the age of 49. Tim is the beloved son of Patsy Labadie and the late Richard Comartin and stepson of Jerry Labadie. Loving sweetheart of Chrissy Winstone and stepfather of Kelsi Hubburth, (Ty Munday), Haili Hubburth, Ally Trowbridge and Seth Winstone. Dear brother of Cindy Hart (Jack), Sherry Comartin and Michael Labadie (Laura Derick). Tim will be deeply missed by his other siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and most of all by his big eared Chihuahua, Tank. Tim was also an avid sportsman, hunter and Harley guy. The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Thursday, July 11. A celebration of Tim’s life will be held at the Moose Lodge, 110 Duke Street in Wallaceburg on Saturday, July 20 at 1 PM. The interment in Riverview Cemetery will be held at a later date. If desired, remembrances to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or to McMaster’s Stem Cell & Cancer Research Institute Fund may be left at the funeral home 519.627.3231.
