Passed peacefully away at his home in Iroquois Falls, Ontario on Monday, July 8th, 2019, Kevin Healey, originally of Bishop’s Falls, Newfoundland, at the age of 77. Predeceased by his parents Nora Healey Keegan and Leo Healey, sisters Sheila Gushue (Alex), Patty Gamberg (Jed), brother Gerald, niece Anne Colleen Halliday, nephew Fred Gamberg and brothers-in-law Alexander Gushue and Jed Gamberg. Leaving to mourn his sisters Maureen Greene and Rosemary Healey-Keegan, nieces and nephews Brian Gushue (Gail), Sharon MacMillan (John), Rosemary Gushue, Noreen Greene Fraize (Thomas), Dr. Richard Greene, Patti Bryant, Sheila Greene Q.C. (John Fahey), Kimberley Bryant, Cathy Halfyard (Gordon), Aileen O’Keefe (Ed), Alanna Greene (Jack), Dr. David Keegan (Susan) good friend Jim Callahan and cousin Eileen Gronich, along with a large circle of friends, great nieces and nephews as well as his beloved feline companions, Puss and Lucky. Kevin was an incredibly kind man, with a marvelous sense of humour, whose generosity was unparalleled, possessing a deep compassion for animals and those in need. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
