Passed peacefully away at home on Saturday, July 13, 2019, Frank Dermott Pittman age 60 years. Predeceased by his father Frank Sr., father and mother-in-law Jack and Josephine Waterman, best friends Paul Pittman and Dave Penney. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving wife of 38 years, Angela; sons: Jason (Kristin) and Jonathan (Jessica); 5 grandsons whom he adored: Kade, Jake, Xavier, Nixon and Nash; his mother Florence Pittman (friend Al); brothers: Larry (Suzanne) and Doug (Anita); sister Bonnie Donovan (Shawn); brothers and sisters-in-law: John (Dot), Nick (Florence), Linda (Roy), Judy (Mickey), Jeanette (John), Maureen (Gord), Rosemary (Lionel), Theresa (Mike), Bernice (Wayne), Brenda (Chris) and Carolann (Todd); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including special friends Terry and Graham. Frank was a kind man with a huge heart, who was known for his famous banana bread. He loved the outdoors, woodworking, going for quad rides with Terry, Bernice’s homemade bread and especially spending time with his precious grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Health Sciences Centre for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay, on Sunday from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 10 a.m. from Holy Trinity Church, Torbay. Inurnment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bauline Line. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Frank’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
