After a short but courageous battle with cancer, in Kingston General Hospital on Monday June 24th, 2019. In her 74th year. Predeceased by loving parents, Alice and Joffre Raymond, Pembroke; devoted husband Larry Reddy, his parents Isaiah and Elizabeth (Lizzy) Reddy (Calabogie); sister-in-law Marie McArthur (nee Reddy) and her husband Mickey McArthur; brother-in-law Stanley Pon and great nephew Connor McArthur.
Reina will be greatly missed by brothers Marc (Marny), Kingston, Richard (Deborah), Prescott, Kevin (Dianne), Mississauga and her sister Patricia, Toronto.

Great Aunt of Kayla and Brayden Raymond, Ava and Ellena Caruso, Edye and Ethan Bendzsak, Gaige Austin, Ayana Raymond and Zack Austin, Tyler and Spencer Raymond, Cassandra, Ashley and Alex Purdy, Jake McArthur, Taylor and Daniel McArthur, and Mackenzie and Parker McArthur.
Reina was born in Ottawa Ont. and moved to Pembroke with Mom, Dad and brothers Marc and Richard, at the tender age of 9. She attended the Cathedral Elementary School, Our Ladies High School and graduated from the Lorraine School of Nursing. She was a life member of St. Columbkille’s Cathedral Parish. She worked most of her nursing career at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Kingston, before returning to Pembroketo help out at her father’s business Nelms-Raymond Opticians.
A loving and generous soul, Reina will be missed by many. Her strength and determination shall remain a lesson to us all.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Reina with her family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday July 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Columbkille’s Cathedral, Pembroke on Saturday July 6th at 10:30 am, a light luncheon at 11:30 in the church hall.Immediately following.
