Peltier – Margaret Elly (nee Bienek)
Peacefully at Brantford General Hospital, on Saturday, June 1, 2019, in her 91st year;
Beloved wife of the late Marcel Peltier; loving mother of Fernand (Karen), Rick (Katherine Chenard) and Mike; cherished Oma of Jake and Justin Peltier. Also survived by sisters Elfrieda and Marianna of Germany and sadly missed by extended family members both in Canada Germany, and Luxemburg.
Margaret Immigrated to Canada in the 1950’s with several of her friends, married and started her family life. Upon moving to Milton with her husband Marcel the Well Digging business was started, and the family grew. Margaret worked at and retired from Milton Manor where she loved her work in housekeeping. The last two years of her life were spent in Paris at Telfer Place enjoying it as though it were a resort.
Friends will be received at the Wm. KIPP FUNERAL HOME, 184 Grand River Street North, Paris on Friday June 7 from 1 to 2 p.m. followed by a service celebrating Margaret’s life at 2 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
A special thanks is extended to all those who helped make Margaret’s final years comfortable, including the staff of LHIN Community Care and the 6th and 7th floor staff at Brantford General Hospital.
