It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr Giuseppe « Joe » Forte, on June 8, 2019, at the age of 56.
Predeceaced by his parents Maria Grazia Gagliardi and Filippo Forte, he leaves behinds his siblings Mariannina (Mario Sposato), Caterina (Graziano De Fazio), Giuseppina (Robert M. Katz) and Agostino (Daisy Desolina Bottazzi), nieces and nephews, and many relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the Pavilion D at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Lung Cancer Canada Foundation would be appreciated.
