Peacefully Monday June 17th, 2019 at HSN with loving family at her side.
Beloved wife of Franco Zufferli. Loving mother of John (Jessica) and Livia. Cherished Nonna of Adam and Anna. Dear daughter of Nicola and Laura Contini both predeceased. Dear sister of Raffaele (Iolanda) both predeceased, Iolanda Savelli predeceased (Ernesto), and Ernesto (Anita). Sadly missed by loving nieces and nephews.
Giovanna was a devout Roman Catholic who attended St. Andrew the Apostle Church. She was a retired secretary from Ontario Hydro. She was an avid gardener whose green thumb produced beautiful flowers and bountiful vegetables. She enjoyed crocheting and took great pride in her home environment. She was devoted to her loving family. Giovanna had a passion for Italian cooking and cherished family gatherings around the dinner table.
