Obituary of Arthur Langstaff
Arthur Frederick Langstaff died April 14, 2019 at Dawson Creek, BC. Art was born in Regina General Hospital May 2, 1942. He grew up on several farms in the Baildon and Boharm areas. He attended Thompson Lake School south of Boharm, Sk. He quit school after grade seven and lived on the family farm south of Boharm. He had two sons, Tommy and Shawn, four daughters, Shannon, Dawn, Shelley and Darla. He inherited part of the family farm at Boharm and farmed it from 1966 until 1982, when it was sold. After that he moved around a lot and spent the last few years in the Yukon. He had an active life, travelled extensively around Canada and worked after farming as a mechanic. He is survived by his children and grandchildren, two brothers, two sisters, nieces, nephews, one aunt and many cousins. His life will be celebrated on Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Crescent Park Event Center, 262 Athabasca St. East in Moose Jaw. All of his friends, family, relatives and acquaintances are welcome. In living memory of Arthur, a memorial tree planting will be made by Jones-Parkview Funeral Services.
