Hoyt, Weaty E.R. – Age 74, of Brookfield, passed away May 14, 2019, following a short battle with cancer. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Evelyn Rector.
Weaty lived in Brentwood all of her married life, and was a hairdresser in her younger years. She loved people and would always lend a helping hand. Her hobbies were tole painting and bingo.
Surviving are her son, Troy (Charity), Victoria, B.C.; granddaughter, Haley, Calgary; all of whom she dearly loved. She is also survived by her brother, James (Betty) Rector, Truro. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit. In keeping with Weaty’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
