Sylvia Brown (Lum) was born in Crankbrook, British Columbia. She was the youngest out of 7 children. These hell raising chindians grew up near Fort Steele, B.C., playing along side of the Kootenay River barefoot and free.
After meeting the love of her life she packed up the tipi, chopsticks and moved to good ol’ Nanton, Alberta where she spent the last 50 years.

As per her wishes there will be no service. HOWEVER her stubborn family will be hosting a wake in her honour on Saturday June 22, 2019. It will be held at the Nanton Rodeo grounds starting at 3:00 p.m.
