Joseph W. Lanteigne
1946 – 2019
Joseph William Lanteigne, husband of Irene (Dutcher) Lanteigne of Miramichi passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, May 20, 2019 at the age of 72.
Born in Chatham, on December 24, 1946, he was the son of the late Percy and Eleanor (Redmond) Lanteigne.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Lanteigne; daughter, Dawn Donovan of Miramichi; son, Jody Lanteigne (Stephanie) of Dieppe; five grandchildren: Makayla, Cayden, Brooklynn, Brianna and Kaytee; one sister, Theresa Richards of London, ON; three brothers: Gerald Lanteigne (Fran) of St. Paul, NB, Bobby Lanteigne (Marg) of London, ON and John Lanteigne of Toronto, ON; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, brother, Tommy and sister, Margie.
Visitation will be held at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., Miramichi on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church, Loggieville on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 11 am. Interment will be held at St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Cemetery later in the spring.
