George’s Obituary
ROSS, George Kirkwood ~ Age 87, of Kingston, NS; passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019, at the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax. Born in Kirn, Scotland, George was a son of the late George and Elizabeth (McEwan) Ross. As a child, George was raised by his grandfather while his father, a farmer, served with the military. George was also a master craftsman, and his fine woodworks were exhibited in art galleries in NS. George travelled all over the world during his lifetime, but always identified himself as a true Scotsman. He is survived by daughters, Marilyn “Gail” Ross, Mt.
