Our Mom and Grandma passed away peacefully on the morning of May 3, 2019 in Summerland, BC. She was born in Edmonton in 1920 and as a young child lived in Ft. Good Hope, Aklavik and Ft. Simpson. In her early twenties she worked for the RCMP in New Westminster and then she joined the Air Force during WWII and worked as a radio telephone operator.
