It’s with a heavy heart, the Hay family is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Tyler Hay, on March 25th, 2019.
Tyler will be missed, but never forgotten by his family and many friends.
Father Dave Hay (Heather). Siblings Jeff Hay (Jenny), Braeden (Marina), Lauryn and Aubree. Grandmother Myrna Hay (the late Jim Hay). Uncle, Jim Hay (Maggie). Cousins Kimi and Tommy. Grandfather Glen Martin (the late Helga Martin) and Mother, Micheline Declare (Greg).
A Service in Memory of Tyler will take place in the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel – 2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa, on Friday, April 5th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
