It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Patrick Dawe age 100 years.
Predeceased by his wife Evelyn (1994) and son Ron and wife Cathy parents Peter and Mary. Leaving to mourn son Bud (Daphne), St. John’s, daughter Janis, Edmonton, Sharon (Bruce), Mt Pearl and Mary, St. John’s; grandchildren Ian (Lorna), Elmsdale N.S., Erin (Leon), Angus , Ontario, Bradley (Melanie) Port St. Lucia , Florida, Andrew, St. John’s, Barry (Christal), St. John’s; great grandchildren Kyle, Chad, Jason and Ann. Also leaving to mourn his sister Helen Hickey, Happy Valley Goose Bay and a large circle of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road on Saturday 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Funeral of Christian burial will take place on Monday, April 8th, , 2019 at 10 a.m. from Mary Queen of Peace Church, Torbay Road. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
