It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Malvin Roy Cook, late of Black Lake, SK, on April 18, 2019, at the age of 51 years. Malvin was born in Uranium City on November 4, 1967 to parents: Joe Cook and Marie Rose Cook.
Malvin will be lovingly remembered by his wife: Emily Cook; his daughters: Megan, Janice and Miranda; his sons: Joey and Jaired; his grandsons: Matthew, Jacey and Adam; his granddaughter: Emerlie Pische; his mother: Marie Rose Cook; his best friend/brother-in-law: Ray MacDonald; his mother-in-law: Celine Kasakan; his siblings: Margaret Cook, Rose (Ray) MacDonald, Jimmy (Rose) Cook, Albert (Yvonne) Cook and Sharon Cook; his nephews and nieces: Jordon & children Dustin, Jaydon, Deanna, Robert (Tina), Robbie, Raymond, Gared, Bradley (Tricia), Branthany, Brianna and Trixie, Brent & children Cheryl (Terry), Cherelle, Crystal (Travis) & kids, Victoria, Jolene, Jodie and Jenny; and his close friends: Moise Sandypoint, Vince Cook, George Mercredi, Arson Fern, Alex Mercredi, Christina Mercredi, Edwin Mercredi, Ronald Donard, Issic Donard, Albert Cook, Gilbert Cook.
Malvin was predeceased by his dad: Joe Cook; his grandparents: Victoria & Moise Echodh and Madeline & Gabriel Cook; his father-in-law: Bernard Kasakan; his sister-in-law: Martha Toutsaint; his brothers-in-law: Pierre Toutsaint, Johnathon Kasakan and John Kasakan; his uncles and aunties: Norbert & Laura Cook, Alfred & Marie Germaine Cook, Leon Cook and Jimmy & Antoinette Donard and John & Madaline Cook; his cousins: Marie Donard, Ryan Donard and Robin Alphonse MacDonald, Jimmy Sandypoint; and numerous uncles, aunties, cousins and friends.
A Wake Service will take place on Monday April 22, 2019 at the residence of Emily Cook in Black Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday April 25, 2019 2:00PM at Our Lady of the Cape Roman Catholic Church located in Black Lake, SK. Interment will take place following the Funeral Service at the Black Lake Cemetery in Black Lake, SK.
