It is with overwhelming sadness that the family of Karie Ann George (nee Crilley), cherished wife of Christopher George, and beloved mother of Erin and Adam George, announce her sudden passing on Thursday, April 11th, 2019. Born on July 9th, 1973, in Saint John, she was the daughter of Sue and Paul Crilley.
Karie will be lovingly remembered by her parents Sue and Paul Crilley, brother, Paul Keith Crilley of Windsor, ON; sisters, Crystal Neudorf (Dave) of Edwin, MB, and Amanda Spencer (Matthew) of Saint John NB; mother and father in-law Carolyn and Buddy George of Grand Bay-Westfield, brother-in-law, Jonathan George; numerous aunts and uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins, and lifelong friend, Susan Brown, (“Girlie”).
Karie was a gift to all who knew her, always ready with a helping hand and a warm smile. Her enthusiasm was contagious and her dedication to her family, friends and community was an inspiration to all who knew her.
She loved her job as a valued member of the staff at Lifemark Physiotherapy in the role of Office Manager.
Even in her passing, her generosity as an organ donor will bring hope to another family. She continues to be a light in the world today and always.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday, April 16th, 2019 at the River Valley Wesleyan Church, Grand Bay-Westfield between the hours of 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at the church on Wednesday, April 17th, 2019 at 11 AM.
A private family interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, Grand Bay-Westfield will be held at a later date.
In memory of Karie, donations to the River Valley Wesleyan Church, Grand Bay-Westfield, or the charity of choice would be appreciated.
