Emma Marie Connick
2001-2019
With broken hearts, the family of Emma Marie Connick announce her passing on Saturday, April 20th, 2019, on her 18th birthday.
Emma is loved by her parents Stephen and Dorothy Connick and her big brother Christopher.
Emma attended James M. Hill Memorial High School, where she would have graduated this year.
She was accepted to Saint Thomas University’s Bachelor of Arts program.
Emma was also a star basketball player.
Emma is survived by grandmothers Yvonne Lynch and Marie Connick.
Aunts and uncles, Margaret McKay (Wilfred), Greg Lynch, Arlene Keating (Stephen), Ellen MacDonald (Serge LeBlanc), Paulette Waye (Todd), Deanna Saunders (Joe), Karen Walsh (Blaine), Kathy Gordon (John), Faye Matchett, Kirby Connick, Tracy Mason, Wendy Moir (Les), Susan Hare (John), David Connick, Alyson English (Raymond) and Marla Walsh (Bradley); Godchild: Logan Manuel; special cousins: Corey and Kelsey McKay, Lacey Lynch-Larry, Ayden and Grayce, Jeffrey and Laura Keating, Stacey MacDonald and Evan and Maria English as well as numerous other cousins.
Emma was predeceased by grandfathers: Leo Lynch and Lawrence Connick.
Aunts: Colleen Connick and Trudy (Paul) Gouchie; uncles: Bob Matchett and Roddy Mason as well as cousin: Danielle English.
Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home, 651 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB, on Thursday, April 25th, 2019, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Nelson Miramichi, NB, on Friday, April 26th, 2019, at 11 AM with Father John Keoughan officiating.
As expressions of sympathy, in Emma’s memory, donations may be made to a memorial of one’s choice.
