Obituary of Elaine Bester
Elaine Patricia “Laney” Bester (née Duck) formerly of Teeswater, passed away surrounded by family, at Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Saturday, April 6th, 2019, at age 66.
Wife of Ron Bester of Wingham.
Dear mother of Raymond Rock of Belmore, Joseph Rock (Shelley) of Goderich and Lesley Rock of Hamilton.
Remembered by her 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and Ron’s family, Shawn Bester (Krista) and Jason Bester.
Missed by her siblings, Dorothy Bell of Teeswater, Ellen Schmalz (Nook) of Mildmay, Donice Donaldson of Wingham, Creg Duck (Brenda) of Bluevale and Duane Duck (Brenda) of Listowel, sister-in-law Margie Duck of Teeswater, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Douglas and Nadene (née Wallace) Duck and brother Richard Duck.
A celebration of Laney’s life will be held at the Teeswater Town Hall on Friday, April 12th, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., with remembrances shared at 7:30 p.m.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Grey Bruce would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
