It is with great sadness that
the family of the late EMILY
PLANK of Grand Bank announce her passing
at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s on Sunday, April
28, 2019 at the age of 78. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are husband John of 37 years; sisters, Hilda (Raphael)
of Torbay, Sadie (Robert) of Grand Bank, Ena (Fred) of Fortune, Dinah
(Levi) of Baine Hr; brothers, Robert (Daphne) of CBS, Leonard (Karen)
of CBS, Lloyd (Arlene) of Nova Scotia; brother-in-law, Kevin Lundrigan
of Burin; special cousin, Lewie of Nova Scotia; aunts, Marion (Pash)
Bonnell of Point au Gaul, Muriel Dodge of Point au Gaul, Bessie Bowen
of Paradise; 19 nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her
parents, Leo Robert & Beulah Hillier; sister, Mary Lundrigan;
uncle, Edmund Miller.
The Plank Family will be
accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank
on Tuesday, April 30th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm &
Wednesday, May 1st from 9:00am to 11:00am. Funeral service to
take place on Wednesday, May 1st at 2:00 pm from
St. Alban’s Anglican
Church. Interment to follow in the St.
Alban’s Anglican Church
Cemetery.
In
Emily’s memory, donations may be made to St.
Alban’s Anglican Church. No flowers by
request.
