Camille Joseph Andre Jr « CJ » Beaulieu
1993-2019
CJ Beaulieu – son, brother, writer and friend
– died Wednesday March 20, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers
Hospital in Fredericton, NB.
CJ was born in the Miramichi, NB on June 12, 1993. He spent
his childhood in the country playing hide and seek, building snow
forts, even playing dolls with his beloved sister. CJ loved spending
time with his Ma Mere and Pa Pere, creating Lego masterpieces and
enjoying everything that came out of Ma Mere’s kitchen. As
CJ grew older he had a love for video games and discovering new music.
After obtaining his GED, CJ dreamed of attending university eventually
bringing him to Fredericton with hopes of accomplishing his goal and
spend more time with his favourite nephew, Kaiden.
As a man, CJ showed an intense level of empathy and love. He
also suffered from depression for many years and chose to take his own
life. CJ is survived by his sister Michaela Beaulieu (Christopher
Arsenault), his brothers Chris Russell and Wayne Russell, his father
Camille Beaulieu Sr., maternal grandmother Brenda Dempsey and his
paternal grandmother Angela Beaulieu, step daughter Ivy Morris as well
as three aunts, 7 uncles, multiple cousins, endless friends, and his
nephew Kaiden. He is predeceased by his mother Wendi Dempsey and both
grandfathers.
A celebration of CJ’s life will be held at
McAdam’s Funeral Home in Fredericton, NB on Saturday, March
30, 2019 at 1pm. All are welcome. For those who wish, donations in
CJ’s memory can be made to Youth in Transition –
Chrysalis House, Canadian Mental Health or a charity of
donor’s choice.
