Beverly Ann « Bev » (Wilson) Halliday
1950-2019
Beverly Ann « Bev » (Wilson) Halliday – age 68, of
Greenwich, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019, in the Valley
Regional Hospital, Kentville, with family by her side. Born in Halifax
on May 19, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Elizabeth
(Petrie) Therrien. Beverly was a retiree of Michelin in Waterville
where she made many friends and met her husband, Ron. Beverly was all
about family and was happiest when surrounded by the grandchildren.
She loved to be surrounded by family. Beverly had a great sense of
humour and quick wit to make us laugh and make life a little better.
Hard work, laughter, love and respect for all is how she lived her
life. Left to remember the best a person can be is, husband, Ronald
Halliday, Greenwich; children, Colinda (Rick) Doucette, New Brunswick;
Peter (Charlotte) Wilson, Kentville; Lesley « Sue » (James)
Wamboldt, Wolfville; grandchildren, Guylene, Danyelle, Destiny,
Tristan, Thomas, Lola, Hailey, Taylor, James, Jaden, Lauren;
step-children, Ronnie, Kelly, Jamie; step-grandchildren, Brayden,
Gracie, Jacob, Jackson, Zachary and Corey; great-grandchildren;
sisters, Marilyn (John) Scholes; Janette « Jan » (Wayne)
Comeau, Vickie Therrien, Darlene (Joe) Browman; brothers, John (Sandy)
Therrien, and Peter (Leonor) Therrien. Cremation has taken place.
There will be no visitation or funeral service, by request. A
celebration of Beverly’s life will be held at home at a
later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer
Society. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family
Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
